Field Project Manager, Construction Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Project Manager to lead our Renovation Management operations in local markets. The successful candidate will oversee ongoing REO & REIT projects, contractor mentoring, orientation & performance, and develop policies and procedures for each step in the process.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage market operations with on-site research, assist with contractor meetings & recruiting, and contractor performance & coaching in support of the REO & REIT department.
- Scope creation per client specifications, design book, and 'clean, safe & functional' objectives.
- Manage the bidding and estimating process utilizing RenoWalk platform or other approved bid platforms.
- Execute on the specifications & SLA's for our renovation clients with the local contractor team.
- Review and ensure assigned projects are completed within budgets and agreed to SLA's while meeting business objectives and overall guidelines.
- At least 10 years of REO & REIT experience, including scope creation, estimating/bidding, project management, contractor orientation & performance, and repair execution.
- Single Family Construction & Remodeling experience with a National/Regional level Project Management background.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office applications, RenoWalk scoping application, and HOVER/Eagle View applications.
- Reliable transportation for site visits.
- Candidates must own their own vehicle - vehicle allowance paid monthly.
- Must have valid Driver License.
- Must have valid car insurance with minimum overages in place at all times.
- Must be located in Iowa (Des Moines or Cedar Rapids).
- Aggressive salary based on experience and skills.
- $91,000 base potential - DOE.
