Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Ensure that patient care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with our organization's standards of care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
- Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
- BLS Certification required or within 2 weeks of hire date.
- Other required certifications must be obtained within 6 months of hire date.
- Current knowledge and skills appropriate to age/type of patient population served.
- Knowledgeable and sensitive to patients' rights in the delivery of care.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
