Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Ensure that patient care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with our organization's standards of care.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
  • Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
  • BLS Certification required or within 2 weeks of hire date.
  • Other required certifications must be obtained within 6 months of hire date.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current knowledge and skills appropriate to age/type of patient population served.
  • Knowledgeable and sensitive to patients' rights in the delivery of care.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment
