Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at W3Global Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Work with the quality control team to ensure that products meet client standards.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier agreements, contracts, and communications.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Prepare reports on sourcing activities, market trends, and supplier performance for management review.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain management, customer service, or sales.
• 4+ years of previous experience in the chemical industry.
• Ability to travel domestically 10-20%.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of industry suppliers, customers, and competitors.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
