We are seeking a highly skilled Powertrain Reliability Engineer to join our team at Advantage Technical. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading critical supplier process improvements and driving quality reject performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead critical supplier process improvements to drive quality reject performance
- Participate in quality reviews and assigned sub-system PRT meetings
- Drive resolution of external supplier process 3MIS and 0MIS warranty concerns
- Support quality procedures by reviewing threshold QRs and providing support for QR dispute resolution
- Assist the incoming quality department with non-responsive suppliers
- Assist suppliers and plants in QR/PPM data accuracy
- 2+ years of plant manufacturing experience
- Ability to develop and present materials to senior leadership with short timelines
- Bachelor of Science/Engineering or equivalent technical/manufacturing aptitude
