We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Treatment Unit Specialist to join our team at Rosecrance. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral interventions and consequences to manage client behavior
  • Coordinate and supervise client recreational activities
  • Monitor client service records and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Develop and present patient lectures on treatment plan objectives
  • Facilitate group discussion sessions and observe group dynamics
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED and one year of addiction treatment experience
  • Valid driver's license
