Outpatient Care Nurse

The Outpatient Care Nurse delivers expert nursing services to patients in a clinical environment, adhering to established protocols and best practices.

This role requires the Registered Nurse to exhibit leadership capabilities in all circumstances, including critical situations, employing analytical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills to achieve favorable patient outcomes.

The individual in this role is expected to effectively delegate responsibilities during urgent scenarios within the clinical setting.

Collaboration:
The nurse will work in conjunction with healthcare providers in a team-oriented atmosphere to ensure high-quality patient care. Familiarity with community resources and appropriate referral processes is essential.

• Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of nursing experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Licensure: Must hold a valid State Registered Nurse license.
