We are seeking a skilled Admissions Assistant to join our team at Skilled Nursing of Greenwich, a reputable Long Term Care facility in the lower Fairfield County area.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in SNF/LTC admissions processes and will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the signing of new admission packets and agreements
- Maintaining accurate waiting lists and admissions records
- Providing clear guidance on the admissions process to stakeholders
- Assisting with securing external referral sources
- Serving as a primary point of contact for residents and their families
