Old Second Bancorp Inc is seeking a highly skilled Card Services & ATM Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Card Services and ATM operations departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to support servicing functions and continually improve the customer experience.
  • Implement and maintain departmental policies, procedures, goals, and projects.
  • Train and develop the Card and ATM teams, manage vendor relationships, resolving all compliance and audit related matters, and leading related projects and conversions.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with established standards and applicable regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 5 or more years of bank operations experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Specialized knowledge of terminology and risks associated to the banking industry.
  • ATM operations and card services experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bank conversion related experience
  • Jack Henry system experience
