Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right automotive parts and accessories, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Support store management in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals, participating in visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Operate brake lathes and other store test equipment, performing various in-store services for customers, and occasionally driving a delivery vehicle to make deliveries.
  • Perform various daily operational tasks, including preparing new, core, and warranty merchandise returns, assisting with monthly stock adjustments, and inventory cycle counts.
Requirements
  • Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
  • Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, and weatherly index system is desired.
  • ASE certification and fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, are highly valued.
