Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Researcher to join our team at Integrated Resources. As a key member of our analytics function, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and recommendations.

About the Role:
As a Quantitative Researcher, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems using data from internal and external sources. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop sustainable data solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop SQL queries and data visualizations to fulfill ad-hoc analysis requests and ongoing reporting needs.
  • Improve existing processes through automation and efficient workflows.
  • Build and deliver scalable data and analytics solutions.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to understand the business cause of data anomalies and outliers.
  • Work independently and take initiative to identify, explore and solve problems.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years directly relevant work experience.


Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
