Job Description for a Direct Support Professional

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to adults with disabilities in our residential settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal cares, activities of daily living, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Demonstrate positive and supportive behavior with clients and coworkers.
  • Administer medication, document services provided daily in electronic records, and maintain accurate records.
  • Engage residents in social activities, such as playing games, watching movies, shopping, going for walks, bonfires, or fishing.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings.

Requirements:
  • 18 years or older
  • Available to work every other weekend
  • Current Driver's License, Car Insurance, and a Clean Record
