Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires the assessment and treatment of patients in their homes or other settings. The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and be able to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' daily living skills and develop customized treatment plans to improve function and mobility.
  • Administer and interpret diagnostic tests to identify areas for improvement and track patient progress.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on strategies for improving daily functioning and overall well-being.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • A minimum of six months of occupational therapy experience, preferably in home health or a related setting.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
  • CPR certification.
  • Good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
