Job Summary:

DaVita is seeking a skilled Nutrition Expert to join our team. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their health goals. Your expertise in nutrition will enable you to educate patients and their families on healthy eating habits, and you will work closely with the healthcare team to develop personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze lab results and develop nutrition plans for patients
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on healthy eating habits
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Requirements:
  • State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area required
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly for multiple facilities and travel when needed
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
