Job Title: Relationship Banker

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team at Wells Fargo Bank. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing personalized banking solutions.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with customers and understanding their financial needs
  • Identifying opportunities to offer a range of banking products and services
  • Providing personalized banking solutions to meet customer needs
  • Working with internal partners to enhance the customer experience
  • Identifying opportunities to leverage partners and connect customers with the right resources
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ year of assessing and meeting the needs of customers or helping with issue resolution
  • 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
Desired Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Successfully completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 6 and Series 63 examinations
  • State Insurance license(s)
  • Customer service focus with experience handling transactions across multiple systems
  • Proficient with proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues
