We are seeking a skilled Government Contract Director to join our team at Insight Global.

This individual will provide leadership and management to staff and supporting activities, serving as the primary interface to customers for assigned tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead communication efforts with dynamic Government requirements.
  2. Manage contractor resources, staff recruiting and development, and adherence to schedule.
  3. Manage subcontractors and consultants on assigned tasks.
  4. Develop task plans and implement risk management strategies.
  5. Foster effective customer relationships and ensure high contractor performance.
  6. Support corporate initiatives and process improvement efforts across multiple contracts.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in a technical field. Additional education, training, or certification in management, leadership, or project management such as an advanced degree or PMP certification is highly desirable.
  2. Ten (10) plus years of relevant experience as a program manager supporting government contracts.
  3. Twelve (12) years of experience planning and leading complex, multidisciplinary programs, including building and maintaining technical collaborations.
  4. Ten (10) years of experience managing an organization of 150 or more technical professionals and support staff.
  5. Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
  6. Effective management of priorities.
  7. Able to communicate effectively with customers.
