Healthcare Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team at Gainwell Technologies LLC. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement insurance and healthcare policies in accordance with state and federal laws.
- Interface with team members, management, and customers to resolve customer service issues.
- Process calls and records in a manner that ensures service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
- Recommend modifications to procedures and workflow as necessary to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions.
- 2 or more years of customer service experience in any industry.
- Knowledge of basic help desk software, computer software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills to bring inquiries to effective resolution.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on written and oral communication to respond to inquiries professionally.
- Ability to understand your role on a team and identify the correct stakeholders to consult to resolve client inquiries.
We offer a competitive salary range of $39,100 - $55,900 per year, depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
