Overview

As an Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst, you will engage in the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Your primary focus will be on extensive Oracle Cloud projects, while also having the opportunity to work with other Oracle applications such as PeopleSoft. Your role will involve continuously identifying enhancements to the delivery of HCM Cloud solutions. Collaboration with department leaders, stakeholders, and team members will be essential to align expectations and responsibilities. This position demands strong relationship-building and client management skills.


The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Oracle HCM, demonstrating the ability to configure, implement, and deploy Oracle solutions effectively to meet business objectives. Experience in managing complex, large-scale implementations within the Oracle HCM Cloud is crucial.

You should have a proven track record of navigating organizational changes, showcasing creativity and innovation, along with a history of solution design.

Analytical skills are essential, enabling you to clarify complex challenges and distill large volumes of information.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the integration of the Oracle HCM Cloud system into existing business workflows and offer insights on best practices.

2. Review and refine functional and technical project documentation to prepare for HCM Cloud analysis and potential solutions.

3. Ensure accountability for project deliverables, risk management, and internal client satisfaction.

4. Stay informed about key Cloud methodologies, strategies, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years' experience with PeopleSoft HCM, including federal HR and PAR processing.

2. At least 1 year of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.

3. Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is preferred, along with SaaS or PaaS certifications.
