Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ENT Specialist to join our team at Concord Physicians Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in otolaryngology and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of ENT procedures, including bread and butter ENT, peds procedures, and other specialized surgeries.
  • Work closely with a team of RNs, clerical support, audiologists, and NPs to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Manage a heavy caseload of 15-18 patients per day in clinic and 7-10 patients per day in OR.
  • Collaborate with other department members to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

  • Board Certification in Otolaryngology required.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in ENT preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Credentialing Timeframe: Standard 60-90 days, with expedited processing possible.
