About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our Home Health team in Anne Arundel & Prince George's County. As a PRN opportunity, you will have the flexibility to work on a part-time basis while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient care needs related to treating speech and language disorders and functional training in communication, swallowing, and cognitive impairments.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with the plan of care and in coordination with other members of the healthcare team.
  • Assist the physician in the development of the therapy plan of care and provide ongoing evaluation and assessment of patient progress.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Current licensure in Speech Therapy in the state.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
