Essential Responsibilities:

The Assembly Team Supervisor plays a pivotal role within the ISO Production Team, guiding various project teams through the production process. This role entails overseeing team performance metrics, managing operational hours and efficiency, addressing challenges encountered during production, and spearheading process enhancements. The Supervisor must exhibit strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with other production teams, leadership, and engineering departments. Additionally, the Supervisor should be prepared to offer constructive feedback and promptly address any interpersonal conflicts.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular communication with supervisors, assemblers, and plant management.
  • Promote team development through training initiatives.
  • Assist teams in resolving issues and making informed decisions.
  • Organize resources effectively to adhere to production schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with engineering and office support for product and process updates.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance against established objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Basic and/or Desired Qualifications may include, but are not limited to:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven mathematical and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Strong attendance record.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and comprehensive records.

Preferred Candidates Will Also Have:

  • Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
