- Develop individualized, data-driven care plans.
- Implement and coordinate care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Utilize critical thinking to adapt care plans in response to evolving patient needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure patient safety by recognizing and addressing potential risks.
- Organize and prioritize tasks based on patient acuity and needs.

- Advocate for patients’ rights and preferences, including cultural and privacy considerations.

- Report and document any incidents or errors in accordance with hospital policies.
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current New York State Registered Nurse license. Basic Life Support certification is required, along with any additional certifications pertinent to the specialty area.
