Overview of Community Hematology-Oncology Position

Vanderbilt University Affiliate seeks a seasoned Hematology/Oncology Physician to serve as Medical Director, overseeing cancer services and strategic growth in a state-of-the-art facility. This opportunity offers a leadership position with 10% protected administrative time.

Compensation Package
  • An estimated annual compensation of up to $730,000, including a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • A sign-on bonus of up to $50,000, along with relocation support.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, featuring 6 weeks PTO, 1 week CME with a $1,500 allowance, 403b with 5% match, and malpractice coverage.
About the Opportunity

This is an ideal practice setting with 24 infusion chairs, an upcoming EPIC EMR transition, and access to Vanderbilt multispecialty care and tumor boards. You will be part of a collaborative culture with support from Vanderbilt leadership and engaged hospital administration.
