Job Summary:

As a key member of our distribution team, the Driver Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our premium beer and beverage products to retailers across Texas, Mississippi, and Kentucky.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced route drivers in delivering products to customers, including unloading, stocking, and rotating merchandise.

• Maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of our distribution network.

• Safely load and unload equipment and products, adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Follow delivery instructions from drivers, sales representatives, and district managers to ensure accurate and efficient delivery.

• Adhere to product handling procedures, following local, federal, and state laws regarding product freshness and rotation.

• Repair and repackage damaged goods, maintaining a high level of product quality.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve productivity goals in a fast-paced work environment.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, providing excellent customer service.

• Safely operate vehicles and equipment, adhering to company safety protocols.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record are essential.

• Ability to lift up to 165 pounds and stand for extended periods.

• Good communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
