We are seeking a skilled Internal Medicine Practice Director to join our team at Privia Medical Group in Thomasville, GA. This unique opportunity combines the benefits of urban and suburban living with easy access to downtown Tallahassee, FL.
Our practice is dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based primary care to adult patients. As a valuable member of our team, you will have the chance to work collaboratively with a respected group of physicians, advanced practitioners, and support staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating and treating patients in an outpatient setting
- Directing and managing primary care services
- Prescribing and administering medications as needed
- Tracking and maintaining accurate patient electronic medical records
- Collaborating with Practice Managers to optimize team performance
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- A Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (or soon to be Board Eligible)
- An active, non-probationary, unrestricted state medical license (or eligible)
- An active DEA license
- US work authorization
Desirable qualifications include:
- Experience working collaboratively to achieve positive health outcomes
- Background in outpatient primary care
- Bilingual proficiency where applicable
