Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Theatre Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our theatres, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring, Training, and Development: Recruit, train, and develop a team of theatre staff to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts or concerns from guests and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Theatre Operations: Monitor theatre activity and ensure that it is properly staffed and equipped to meet the needs of our guests.
- Policy Enforcement: Ensure that staff members follow company policies and procedures, and that our theatres are maintained to the highest standards.
- Staff Management: Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure that staff members are certified and trained to perform their duties.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to our guests, responding promptly to their requests and ensuring that their needs are met.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure that our theatres are running smoothly and efficiently.
- At least 21 years old at the time of hire.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a theatre or entertainment management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
