Position Overview:
We are in search of a highly qualified Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to enhance our proactive legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a varied personal injury pre-litigation caseload, ensuring efficient progression through the legal system.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to assess the legitimacy of claims.
  • Engage in settlement negotiations with insurance providers, opposing legal representatives, and other pertinent parties.
  • Offer expert legal counsel and support to clients throughout the pre-litigation phase.
  • Perform comprehensive legal research to aid in case preparation and strategic planning.
  • Draft, review, and modify legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, and settlement agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law institution.
  • Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney.
  • Demonstrated experience in Criminal Defense, Mediation, and Legal Research.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with a proven history of successful settlements.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a capacity for critical and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational capabilities.
