Ultrasound Technologist Job Description

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Lees Summit, Missouri.

We are working with a hospital in Lees Summit, Missouri to fill this Ultrasound Technologist position. As a travel Ultrasound Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare exam room and ultrasound equipment for examinations
  • Recognize and record appropriate anatomy and pathology using sonographic equipment
  • Write reports based on scan results
  • Alert medical staff of any abnormalities

Requirements
  • Active certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • 2 years of recent relevant experience
