About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing hot and cold menu items in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This includes working on the grill, sauté station, salad-bar, and service line. You will also ensure the proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods as indicated on the menu cycle and standardized recipes.

A key aspect of this role is tasting and preparing food to determine quality and palatability. If you have a passion for creating delicious meals and excellent customer service skills, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should have:

  • Previous experience in senior living or a related field;
  • Experience with production methods, portion control, and food handling safety;
