About the Role

Magnify is seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to lead our Know Your Customer (KYC) Governance & Control Process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing KYC processes that align with regulatory requirements and enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • KYC Process Design: Develop and implement KYC processes that meet regulatory and TD policies, ensuring accurate documentation and verification.
  • Governance & Control: Oversee adherence to KYC standards, continuously improving control oversight and client experience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with 2LOD, LOBs, and KYC Product teams to ensure alignment and integration of KYC controls.
  • Audit & Compliance: Partner with internal and external audit teams to meet documentation requirements and ensure compliance with enterprise policies.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of risk management, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Regulatory Change Management: Lead the implementation of regulatory changes and ensure alignment with enterprise and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and report risks, ensuring all business operations comply with applicable regulations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead or contribute to enterprise initiatives, providing risk management expertise and guidance.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years in IT security, controls, and risk disciplines.
  • Skills: Expertise in information security, KYC processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive process improvements.
