Aquatics Manager Job Description

At Aqua-Tots Development, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aquatics Manager to join our team. As an Aquatics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our swim school, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pool Operations: Coordinate and manage pool operations, ensuring compliance with local State/County Health Department standards and guidelines.
  • Swim Instructor Management: Supervise and support aquatic staff, oversee swim instructor schedules, and manage swim instructor performance issues.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
  • Training and Development: Schedule and conduct training sessions for aquatic staff, ensuring they meet certification requirements and adhere to Aqua-Tots curriculum.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and constant communication with General Manager and Management Team.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in aquatics management or a related field.
  • Certifications: AT-MWSI Certification and AT-WSI Certification.
