Job Summary:

The Dialysis Nurse will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with end-stage renal disease. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and educating patients and their families on dialysis treatment and self-care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing dialysis treatments
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis treatment and self-care
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the State of IL
  • Experience working in dialysis or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
