Starbucks Barista

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Starbucks Barista at Target. As a Starbucks Barista, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, providing high-quality beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food, including Starbucks' signature drinks and menu items.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the Starbucks area, by following all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge of Starbucks products and services.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
