Facilities Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Engineer to join our team at Arcis Golf. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical structure and systems of our facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for our team, members, and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular walk-throughs to assess the maintenance and operation of facilities, mechanical systems, and equipment.
- Verify completion of routine maintenance and repairs in public spaces, meeting rooms, and back-of-house areas.
- Maintain effective energy management and preventive maintenance programs.
- Perform necessary repairs and maintenance, and train other departments on safe and efficient equipment use.
- Attend meetings and stay updated on the latest developments in the department and location.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to work effectively with others.
- Willingness to learn and perform new engineering programs, excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, drive, and motivation.
