Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Superintendent or equivalent role in retail construction.
  • Proven track record of successful project execution, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex project issues.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, with the ability to maintain accurate project records and reports.
