Responsibilities:- Assess and Plan Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collect and Analyze Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare members to identify actual and potential nursing diagnoses, and document patient care plans accordingly.
- Implement and Evaluate Care: Perform interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies, and revise the plan of care as needed based on evaluation and changes in medical plans.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to establish priorities, meet patient care needs, and ensure seamless care delivery.
- Meet Patient Care Standards: Use clinical judgment to evaluate patient care needs and meet patient care standards, including establishing priorities and ensuring effective care delivery.
- Current LPN License: Possess a current LPN license for the state in which you practice.
- PPD or Chest X-Ray: Have a current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- BLS Card: Hold a current BLS card.
