At Frontier Senior Living, we are seeking an exceptional Caregiver to join our team at Laurel Glen at Stephenville Assisted Living & Memory Care community in Stephenville, Texas. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits package.

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting with all aspects of resident care, including daily living activities and medical needs
  • Maintaining confidentiality of resident and fellow employee information
  • Notifying Resident Care Coordinator/Executive Director/RN of resident changes of condition
  • Assisting in the dining room during meal times, including set up, taking meal/beverage orders, serving, and busing tables
  • Assisting with activities when required or responsible for getting residents to scheduled activities
  • Getting residents ready and to the lobby for scheduled appointments

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to maintain accurate vital signs and weights, assist with lifting requirements up to 40 pounds, and keep current on First Aid/CPR as directed by Resident Care Coordinator. You will also be responsible for performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor or management staff.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A high school graduate preferred
  • Proficiency in English required
  • Familiarity and willingness to work with the elderly population, previous experience preferred but not necessary, we are willing to train
  • CPR/First Aid certification
