We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Full-time or part-time positions with various shifts are available, offering benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, Paid time off (PTO), and 401(k) retirement plan.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and participate in the established healthcare plan for residents as assigned and supervised by the Registered Nurse (RN).
- Support ongoing data collection and participate in assuring plan of care implementation.
- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in this State.
- Current BLS CPR Certification including in-person skills assessment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.
- One to two (1-2) years of nursing experience in a hospital or nursing facility.
