In this exciting opportunity, we invite a skilled culinary professional to join our team at Blind Tiger, a unique dining experience nestled within Reunion Ktchn Bar in Aventura. As a Sushi Prep/Hand Rolls Specialist, you will play a vital role in crafting an unforgettable culinary journey for our guests.

• We offer an estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

1. Prepare sushi ingredients with precision and creativity, including fish chopping, cooking sushi rice, and assembling sushi rolls and hand rolls.
2. Work closely with our esteemed Sushi Chef to ensure all sushi dishes meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and food safety.
3. Maintain a clean and organized sushi bar area, including equipment and utensils.
4. Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper rotation of stock and storage of ingredients.
5. Support kitchen staff during peak periods by assisting with food preparation tasks as needed.
6. Follow instructions from the Sushi Chef and Kitchen Manager to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
7. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
8. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor while performing duties in a fast-paced environment.
