Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at APluscare LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) licensing standards and regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for auditing residential programs to ensure accuracy and compliance with DDD standards. This will involve monitoring fiscal, medical, and ISP documentation to guarantee precision.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Quality Assurance Specialist will assist the Director of Quality Assurance with new program development and implementation. The ideal candidate must be familiar with DDD licensing regulations and possess excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit residential programs to ensure compliance with DDD standards
  • Monitor fiscal, medical, and ISP documentation for accuracy
  • Assist with new program development and implementation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
