About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced retail professional to fill the role of Retail Leader - Assistant Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take on new challenges.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  3. Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business plans that align with company goals.
  4. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional results.
  5. Manage and control labor costs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  6. Cover emergency shifts and provide support to the General Manager as required.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a retail management position.
  • Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience.
