Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate shift operations, ensuring efficient and effective patient care.
  • Provide technical and clinical guidance to staff members, promoting best practices and quality improvement.
  • Assign and monitor tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Respiratory Care or equivalent experience and education.
  • Two years of experience in respiratory therapy, with a focus on leadership and patient care.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
