We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Hematology/Oncology team. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, assessing and reassessing patients and families, and implementing and directing delivery of nursing care.
Utilize the nursing process to provide nursing care of patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Participate in unit-based educational programs and take responsibility for own learning.
Demonstrate effective leadership skills and support the Medical Center's Performance Improvement plan.
Requirements:
Current licensure in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse.
BLS/ACLS certification required.
Associates Degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
Ambulatory and/or oncology experience preferred.
