We're seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to join our team and work with our PRODUCT MANAGEMENT, PRICING AND CUSTOMER SERVICES/SUPPORT TEAMS to deploy and improve Product, Pricing, and Services/Support reporting and processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop Business Process Documents for key product, pricing, and services processes, systems, integrations, data flows & models, business rules & transformations.
  • Document ongoing functional and technical data requirements for these business teams and develop datasets to meet those requirements.
  • Design and maintain data dictionaries and metric definitions for all product, pricing, and services datasets, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Conduct data enablement sessions for these business teams by communicating new datasets, metrics, KPIs, and processes.
Requirements:
  • A passion for building data platform and insights solutions for services and product teams in SaaS organizations.
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical data requirements for the data engineering team.
  • Proficient in leveraging SaaS Product, Pricing, and Services data to develop actionable insights and storytelling to drive business impact.
