Salary and Benefits
  • Estimated salary: $45-$55 per hour, depending on location and experience.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) hourly pay range: $30-$58 (25% higher than average)
Responsibilities
  1. Work in post-acute facilities in the area as an LPN.
  2. Be accountable for following and adhering to resident care plans.
  3. Monitor residents' wellbeing, including physical and mental health, and track vital signs.
  4. Conduct intakes, document health concerns and medical history, and administer medications.
  5. Review residents' charts and medical records, and assist with maintaining a safe and comfortable facility environment.
Requirements
  • Current Ohio state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN or related role).
