Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling cash and other negotiable instruments, and performing platform banking functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts and loans
- Assist members with submitting consumer and mortgage loan applications
- Counsel current and prospective members about company products and services
- Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and increase product penetration
- Perform platform banking functions
- Understand and comply with federal and other regulations relating to financial products and services
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of banking experience, retail, cash handling, and customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email
- Associate or Bachelor degree preferred but not required
