About the Position

We are seeking a results-driven Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Element Resources. In this critical role, you will play a key part in overseeing the daily operations of the plant maintenance team, driving efficiency and effectiveness in our processes. Your ability to collaborate with other departments, such as Production and Lean, will be essential in integrating projects and enhancing overall performance.

Job Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for:
  • Directing the completion of environmental, facility, and process improvement projects.
  • Scheduling and providing direction to hourly and contract personnel.
  • Managing attendance and payroll activities.
  • Working with Production Supervisors to plan and implement project activities involving internal maintenance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in maintenance management, preferably with a minimum of two year technical degree or equivalent in experience. Your experience should include 4 years in a progressive maintenance organization with prior supervisory experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word) is necessary. Familiarity with Toyota Production Systems, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma Certification is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
