Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care: Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with healthcare team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments: Safely administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Document patient information: Accurately document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Licensure: Valid Illinois nursing license.
- Experience: ER and/or ICU experience preferred, but not required.
- Certifications: Current CPR/AED card (or willing to obtain upon hire).
