Machinist Fabricator

We are seeking a highly skilled Machinist Fabricator to join our team at iSoftTek Solutions Inc. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $27-$40 per hour, based on experience.

This role involves working in a machine shop environment, where you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines and tools to produce precision parts. Your primary focus will be on fabricating components related to the marine motor service industry.

• You will work with diverse types of machinery, including lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and surface grinders.
• Tasked with reconditioning and machining engine components according to manufacturer specifications and MSHS-ISO standards.
• Precision measurement and inspection techniques will be essential in this role.

To be successful in this position, you must have:

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Diverse knowledge in reading technical drawings in standard and metric measurements.
• Knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic components, including auxiliary systems and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply logic and reasoning to recognize strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
