Position Overview:

Wells Fargo is on the lookout for a part-time Bilingual Teller (Spanish) within our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division, as part of our National Branch Network. You will play a vital role in the local community, providing essential financial services to residents, employees, and businesses. Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate customer interactions by processing transactions, promoting digital solutions, and connecting clients with bankers as needed.
  • Carry out operational tasks while adhering to established policies to minimize risks.
  • Efficiently perform routine transactions and customer support duties, utilizing knowledge of banking procedures and products.
  • Receive guidance from management and exercise discretion within set policies and procedures.
  • Refer complex inquiries to more experienced team members.
  • Engage with customers to foster relationships and fulfill transaction requests.
  • Assess customer needs to identify relevant financial products and services.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer interaction, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 6 months of experience in roles involving customer interaction, whether through work, military, or educational settings.
  • Strong customer service skills with experience managing complex transactions across various systems.
  • Ability to educate customers on technology and the benefits of mobile banking.
  • Professional and respectful interaction with customers and team members.
  • Experience collaborating with colleagues to meet customer needs.
  • Cash handling experience is advantageous.
  • Capability to adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ability to recognize potential fraud or risky accounts and take appropriate preventative measures.
  • Organized, independent, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Judgment to raise concerns to management and follow policy guidelines.
  • Relevant military experience in areas such as personnel benefits management or human resources is a plus.
  • Proficient in building and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues.
Job Expectations:
  • Willingness to work a schedule that may include Saturdays.
  • This position does not offer Visa sponsorship.
  • Must successfully complete a required language assessment.
