Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, while conducting patient assessments and coordinating care.
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion, disease prevention, and management techniques.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements:

  • Current, active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
